I’m Erica Rock
Spiritual Catalyst, Energy Healer, author, and creator of Spiral Genesis Healing.
But beyond the titles, I’m also a wife, a devoted animal lover, a nature enthusiast, a yoga lover, and someone deeply inspired by beauty, presence, healing, and the sacredness of being alive.
I believe healing is not about becoming someone else. It’s about remembering who we truly are beneath the conditioning, the pain, the fear, and the stories we’ve carried.

The Beginning
The Beginning of My Journey
My journey into this work began very early in life.
At the age of six, I had a profound spiritual awakening experience that completely opened my channel to the Divine.
Almost overnight, my intuitive and psychic abilities became heightened.
I could feel the emotions of others deeply, perceive energies and spiritual presences, and access information beyond what could be explained logically.
While these gifts were extraordinary, they were also incredibly overwhelming.
Through the Darkness
Learning Through Darkness
As a highly sensitive empath, I often absorbed the emotions, pain, and energy of the world around me without understanding how to process it.
Over time, this sensitivity led to intense anxiety, panic attacks, fear, and eventually agoraphobia.
For many years, I struggled deeply and tried to numb what I was feeling through unhealthy coping mechanisms.
But beneath it all, I knew there had to be another way.
The Shift
The Moment Everything Changed
Everything changed the day I experienced Reiki for the very first time.
In the middle of a severe panic attack, I received an energetic healing session — and within less than a minute, the panic completely dissolved.
For the first time in a very long time, I felt peace. I felt clarity. I felt like myself again.
That moment changed the trajectory of my life forever.
A Sacred Turning Point
A Direct Spiritual Activation
I immersed myself fully into the world of healing and consciousness work, becoming a Reiki Master and studying multiple healing modalities.
The deepest transformation came during a five-day silent retreat where I disconnected from the outside world and entered into profound communion with God.
On the third day, I experienced what I can only describe as a direct spiritual activation.
As I lay in the grass beneath the sunlight, I felt a powerful current of energy move through my crown and third eye, flooding my entire being with love, light, awareness, and intelligence.

The Healing Modality
The Birth of Spiral Genesis
Over many years, this organically evolved into the birth of my own healing modality known as Spiral Genesis.
Today, through private sessions, activations, mentorships, retreats, immersions, and group healing experiences, I help people heal deeply, awaken spiritually, reconnect with themselves, and embody the truth of who they really are.
