I’m Erica Rock, and for over two and a half decades, I’ve been devoted to the path of energy healing—both practicing it and sharing its life-changing power with people around the world.

Many know me as a Spiritual Catalyst. I have a unique ability to help clear energetic blocks, deep emotional wounds, and karmic debris, while also activating the awakening process, spiritual gifts, and the innate healing capacity within each person I work with.

With my long ginger hair, a light-hearted and easy charisma, and what many call a penetrating gaze—I carry a presence that often feels both grounded and deeply wise. I’ve been told I’m warm, funny, childlike, and profoundly intuitive. What I know for sure is that I love people deeply. I genuinely want to see humanity thrive, and I’ll always be one of your greatest supporters.

I’m not here to fit into any spiritual mold. As a proud Gen X’er, I love grunge and heavy metal, laugh for no reason, hang out with my dogs, have a passion for deep, soul-level conversations, and enjoy a good paranormal show. I don’t subscribe to any one fashion style—if it’s comfortable, I’m in. I don’t affiliate with a particular religion, but I find truth in all of them. My love is for the Infinite, for the earth, and for all of Creation. I answer to the Creator alone—not to systems, trends, or rules.

In 2011, while on a silent retreat where I spent days in communion with the Presence within, I spontaneously—and permanently—tapped into what I now know as The One TRUE Light. That experience changed everything. It transformed my perception, my life, and left me with a divine gift: the ability to help others reconnect with their own Light, release burdens and density, and heal on all levels—spiritually, emotionally, physically.

No matter who you are or what you’re moving through, this Light changes lives. And you’re no exception.

Whether we connect by Zoom, over the phone, or in person in Mississippi, every person I work with is longing for the same things—peace, healing, clarity, abundance, and a deeper spiritual connection. When we connect directly with the One True Light, blockages dissolve, healing and activation unfold—sometimes instantly, sometimes over time.
